Daniel Tournier

Daniel is a trusted advisor to Chairmen and CEOs on governance and talent management.

He has spent most of his career at Egon Zehnder, a leading global executive search firm. He first developed the Financial Services Practice for France, then at Firm’s level, the Financial Services Practice Group becoming the leading practice group of Egon Zehnder. He then focused on Private Equity before being appointed Managing Partner for France. Finally he became a key member of the CEO succession and Board practices of the Firm.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Daniel was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Cy. Previously he was an Assistant Vice President at the First National Bank of Boston.

Daniel has a BA in Business Economics from ESCP Europe in Paris.
